A cardio class for ALL ages with an upbeat tempo and fun music. EQUIPMENT REQUIRED. You will need a 17 gallon bucket, a 65cm anti-burst exercise ball, and a pair of drumsticks. You can bring those on your own or order your kits for $20 through Kelsey: (734) 883-5880
