The Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) is a 9 member body of parishioners that serves as the administrative unit in the church where staff and congregational interests are integrated to focus on the mission of the church.

The SPRC functions somewhat like a Human Resources Department and serves the "governing board" in an advisory capacity related to personal administration.
